Location is the only good thing
September 18, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comThey treat you like homeowners when you are leasing. The property is not built well so expect a lot of maintenance and repairs. Or full renovations to fix extreme levels of damage. The leasing office people are not helpful, they are rude and they have no respect for the property or tenants. The rent is extremely high for the quality of living in Harbor Pointe. They will also tow your car all while trying to make you pay for all of the repairs and services caused by faulty electrical and plumbing ...and cooling systems.
