The new building impressed me with more spacious rooms than I anticipated, and the tennis court view adds a wonderful touch. There are many aspects that make this place truly satisfying. The only minor downside is that parking is not included and comes at an additional cost

Things are somewhat getting worse here. Anyone just come onsite at anytime to use the pool. Parking is still horrible. Something need to change.

For clarification, the building has complete access control, including the main entry, stairwells, elevators, and amenity areas. Residents of both Conwood and Harborside are also able to access the amenities at both locations. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis on the public street. However, we would be happy to put you directly in contact with our parking garage representative to help get you set up. There is currently plenty of parking available in the garage, and we would love to help find a solution that works for you. Please reach out to our management team so we can assist you directly.
