May 25, 2025I have lived here the last two years while going to college with my roommate. The property is well maintained and neighbors are very nice! I've never had any complaints. August 6, 2015We've been living here for 2 years, and we don't have any major complaints. They are welcoming to dogs of any size and breed, which can be difficult to find when searching for apartments. The manager is friendly and helpful, and the property is kept clean and in good repair. It's a great location; near the beach, easy access to PCH, close to several grocery stores and restaurants. The apartments are all two bedroom, one bath, with one carport space and one additional parking space. Downstairs ...units have small yards and washer/dryer hookups. Rent is reasonable, and in the two years we have been here it has only been raised $20. We are happy here and have no intention of moving any time soon.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
