Awesome maintenance

Move in day was quite nice, elevators spots were quite useful in reducing the amount of steps I needed to go before reaching my door. From there it's been good, any issues I might have had with fixtures has been fixed with 48 hours and the staff and other residents have been friendly. The laundry room is kept pretty clean and the floors were quite clean when I arrived. One of the staff members, Lydia, has been exceptionally helpful with answering or directing me to the right person to answer my ...
questions regarding mailbox issues, deliveries, maintenance, and trash disposal areas. One of the maintenance members, Austin has been awesome when it comes to maintenance. His level of knowledge, level of skill, and customer service have been above and beyond my expectations. He has maintained a professional yet more relatable explanation of issues and solutions. If I had to rate a scale for him compared to other maintenance from other complexes I've lived in before, it would be a 10/10.

out of hot water for a month with no urgency to resolve the issue and no compensation. highly uneducated management team. they prefer to hide behind their emails than to actually address the problem head on. wish i could give zero stars or at least half a star.

Very noisy and they charged me extra

The amenities are good but the building is very noisy, you can hear the neighbors fighting, slamming the doors, screaming, when I complained about it they didn’t do anything but when I was watching a movie at 10 pm they asked me to lower the volume, carpet from the hallways always smells bad and a lot of stains. The construction of the new complex at Pacific is super noisy and there’s no nice view anymore. On top of that they charged me extra money saying I didn’t give the 30 day notice to leave ...
the apartment even I did it, plus the contract was for 13 months and I paid for the 13 months. I tried to talk with them a lot of times but they never returned my call.

Not so nice

If you enjoy noise, dust contractors, crawling all over these buildings over the past several years and going forward. Elevators that are constantly breaking down and water shutoffs you have found your home.it seems about half of the apartments are rented out to “investors' who turned them into ARBNB rentals to people partying downtown on the weekends or out of towners and their screaming kids crammed into studios and one bed room apartments not to mention lease renewals in the $100's of dollars ...

Over-rated and Over-priced

This complex is marketed and priced as a luxury property of which it is not. These buildings have been under renovation for the past several years which has meant dust, noise, competing with contractors for the elevators as well as a need to continuously enter your unit for inspections etc. Constant water shutoffs, elevator breakdowns that persist for days at a time and continuous inconveniences. This property is west of the trolley tracks that result in constant delays for both pedestrians and motorist not to mention train and trolley noise. After living here for several years I joined the exodus leaving this place.

Great location in San Diego. We chose an interior court view. This was a good choice for noise. Hall carpet and walls are dreadful but they are suppose to be remodeled shortly.

For those who like to park their car Friday after work and leave it in the garage till Monday morning this is the perfect building in Downtown San Diego. It is walking distance to Gaslamp and to Little Italy but far enough away to be removed from the busyness of the city. The apartments are newly renovated and the staff is great. Not to mention you can't beat the views from the roof top pool.
