I have rented here for about 2.5 years and I am very satisfied. I have had new appliances put in as I needed them. My landlord Mr. T, allows me to be flexible and I do a few favors for him, for example: I have taken a few photos of the new lawns he has put in his units, and the new grass that has emerged. He has always been helpful in any situation. My condo is perfect in its condition...it has new carpets, paint and he has upgraded or replaced the refrigerator, stove, hot water heater, washer & ...

dryer this year, and dishwasher! It is a real pleasure to live here. DJ
