This Place Sucks

Landlords are greedy and unhelpful. In the past month they have tried to fine me for having a bucket on my own back patio and for, with no other detail given, "not lowering my blinds". Windows all stick, door is set in wrong so it doesn't even stay closed, and they raise the rent by like $20 a year. There was a leak over our front door for a month before they decided to fix it, it took three service calls. They like saying you have "from the first to the fifth" to turn in rent before it's ...
late, but then won't post what you owe on their website until the forth anyway. You also basically have to pay online. They're actually in the office like two hours, max, and they're rude the whole time.

No peace

been living here for a year roblem problem..4 apartment building an you hear everything people do.Thats what I mean no peace..Lease is up within the next two months.The rent go up 100dollars but if I sign another year lease it only go up 50 dollars.Wish they had told me this before I moved in living on a fix income
