Would love to see some kind of community league or monthly events in the rooftop lounge. Bookclub or pool nights. Maybe even playing alt local apts in pool (great advertising, marketing prop)

So far ever since we moved in we love the community and the unit it’s a comfortable and quiet community!! Most of the amenities altho are not completely open so we have yet to see a few things but other than that I love the community.

Always super nice and friendly. I’ve never had any issues with the apartment community. My neighbors are so nice and quiet. I’ve enjoyed living here this past year that I renewed my contract.

Hardy Yards has gone down so much over the last 3-4 years. The rules are NOT being enforced, and too many residents are rude, and inconsiderate, and courtesy patrol is a complete joke. There is no courtesy patrol. This is supposed to be a non smoking community, yet residents openly smoke, and management does nothing about it.

I’ve loved living at hardy yards this past year. Everything is kept clean and are serious about anything that needs fixed. Not to mention the front office, Lourdes is the best she made me feel so welcomed and was able to help me throughout my whole application process. If you are looking for a place to call home. The apartments are well-designed with updated finishes, open layouts, and in-unit features that make day-to-day living comfortable. The community amenities—such as the fitness center, shared spaces, and outdoor areas—are a nice bonus and create a social, community-oriented atmosphere. Its location is also a plus, providing relatively easy access to nearby entertainment, dining, and major ...
routes. That said, like many newer developments, pricing can feel a bit high for the space offered, and noise can occasionally be an issue due to the surrounding area and active community. Management and maintenance response times may vary, but overall the property is kept clean and visually appealing. Hardy Yards is a solid option for residents looking for a modern apartment with an urban vibe, especially if location and aesthetics are top priorities.
