I found Harmony3900 given the extensive filters I checked (i.e. in unit washers, AC, pet friendly, covered parking, etc…). Immediately, I received a response from the office with videos of the units I was interested in as well as unit information. I was in quite a time crunch to move to SLC and the office staff were nothing short of professional, timely, and ...kind. Towing and parking issues
January 16, 2024When I moved in I believe a temp was the person who met with me. She told me until I received a parking spot I could park in guest parking, she pointed at uncovered empty spots near the office. She then showed me on a map the same parking spots. I parked there and my car was towed. I now owe 375.00 in towing fees that they refuse to help pay even though one of their employees told me to park there.Property Manager Responded
