Not the worst, not the best

The bad: there are some people who live here that make it not so great to live here. Parking wherever including places that block traffic and sometimes cars in spaces and nothing done so they do it all the time, people who walk dogs off leash AND don't pick up, people who act like they are unaware they share walls and make lots of noise, don't know how to put trash in the Dumpster and just toss in front until its ...just a big pile, people not using recycle correct so now its hard to recycle with the way the bin is, people who bring big speakers to the pool and play so loud can be heard far from the pool. Stay away - Management is the problem
November 18, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThis is an old place that was remodeled so looks good, some remodeled interiors are nice, pool is ok, gym is tiNY, price per space is above average- yet all the problems with crumbly walls, sewage water coming up from your toilet/tub flooding your entire place with brown water, and afterhours electrical outage in your unit in the middle of the holidays are all still your problem... AND budget - you get charged for damages even when YOU reaching out to the office and explain what happened because ...of the electrical outage. Escalated it to the manager, follow up on the situation, again by phone, follow up walk-in, follow up again...weeks of this Covid office walk-ins closed= surprise bill on your rent portal!! Negligence at it's max - they "nicely" treat you like an idiot. Not one, they all do. Communication is not clear on their end-then it's your credit, your problem. Oh and when you move out, forget about your deposit ;) no matter how clean or what state you think you left it in. As a matter in fact, you owe them a goood bit besides the deposit. November 12, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comI have been living here for almost 2 years and I like it. The ladies in the office is always nice, and maintenance always fix any problems I have. One day my ac was not working in the middle of the night and i called them because i could not sleep, it was too hot and they came to fix it. The apartments look nice inside and outside.

We fell in love with all they have to offer on property and it's now been a few months of living here! We couldn't be happier that we found this place. Everyone goes above and beyond to help. We have so much more space and storage than we've had in any other apartment we've lived in. We'll definitely be staying here for a while.

November 5, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comI loved this apartment so much! The pool is probably the best part with the hammocks. I also loved that I had so much storage space inside my apartment. Glad I didn't have to rent a storage unit. I wish I didn't have to move! :(
