Harper Point is in a great location in town and fits almost any budget. You are a 2 minute drive from grocery, gas, and the gym. If I didn’t need more space I would have stayed there till I bought a house. Highly recommend.

Management was kind and prompt when a few small issues came up. Overall I think it's a great first apartment option for single people or couples. There were really only a few things that frustrated me. Sometimes the parking lot wasn't cleared of snow as fast as I think it should have been when we got several inches, would have a hard time getting out of my parking spot or getting through the lot. In the summer there is no AC in the halls so it was very warm. And the kitchen cupboard space was ...

lacking (especially if you like to cook or have two people and therefore more dishes). Had to use our front closet as a pantry as our cabinets were full of dishes. Happy with our first place just time to find a bigger one!
