I feel very safe here, the maintenance team is phenomenal, there are solid amenities (pool, weight room), and nice community events about twice a month. While the rent is expensive, everything but the electric is bundled in it (water, internet, valet trash, washer/dryer). The biggest downsides would be access to greenspace and noise from the interstate, although it is very handy being near the interstate.
