I am actually overwhelmed with my experience start to finish. Amazing customer service, beautiful location and buildings, very up-to-date, very "techy", I work in I.T., so I am loving that. Harpeth Heights Apartments is new, clean, and safe. The leasing office is filled with a team of individuals who take their time helping you, do it with a smile, and don’t make you feel like an inconvenience. This is a very nice community. I feel very safe here, the maintenance team is phenomenal, there are solid amenities (pool, weight room), and nice community events about twice a month. While the rent is expensive, everything but the electric is bundled in it (water, internet, valet trash, washer/dryer). The biggest downsides would be access to greenspace and noise from the interstate, although it is very handy being near the interstate. Overall, very pleased with our experience.
