The leasing office is filled with a team of individuals who take their time helping you, do it with a smile, and don’t make you feel like an inconvenience. I submitted a maintenance request and their professional team was here the next day, did a great job, and left a card letting me know how things went and to feel free to contact them if I needed anything else. August 21, 2025This is a very nice community. I feel very safe here, the maintenance team is phenomenal, there are solid amenities (pool, weight room), and nice community events about twice a month. While the rent is expensive, everything but the electric is bundled in it (water, internet, valet trash, washer/dryer). The biggest downsides would be access to greenspace and noise from the interstate, although it is very handy being near the interstate. February 5, 2025This is the most beautiful apartment complex. It is more like home Living, however in a resort. The grounds are beautiful and kept up to a very high degree. The workout facilities are gorgeous. This place is more like a spa than an apartment complex. The staff is amazing and accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about this place.
