    The property is looking better but they need to plant grass at the front entrance. The sprinkler pipe are exposed and it's a trip hazards Lights on the 2nd balcony is still out has been out over 2years and light is out under the cazebo. Security gates not working has not worked in since upon my moving in.

  • Not elderly friendly

    January 28, 2021
    Only two elevators in large building for people over 55, many in wheelchairs, walkers, canes & oxygen. Most depend on elevators. Elevator #1 has been down for 2 weeks - fourth time in 14 months I've lived here. Management cavalier attitude is "well we reported it". Walking up & down stairs is NOT an option for most elderly residents. Elevators should be repaired within 24 hrs. This is only one serious problem, filthy hallways and roaches just make matters worse.
