Harrison Heights is located directly across the street from Weber State University. We offer three-bedrooms and two-bathroom floor plans, with both private and shared rooms options to meet your living and pricing needs. We lease by the bed, not by the apartment. This provides a no hassle situation avoiding the problem with a roommate who doesn’t meet their rent obligation. These floor plans are incredibly comfortable for three to four people. All apartments are fully furnished and recently renovated with granite counter tops, laminate flooring, 50” 4K Smart TV's and so much more. In addition to new appliances, all apartments come with Apple TV and fiber-optic bandwidth so that all of your streaming needs are met. To help make things easier, students make rent payments and maintenance requests online. Rental payments can be made by both credit and debit cards. September 16, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comWent on a tour initially and it all seemed nice and well- kept. But upon moving into an actual apartment I see the “real”. It is filthy.. walls have never been washed, cabinets caked with years of gunk, vents disgusting and the apartments are so dark. The washers and dryers are also crap. It takes at least three cycles just to dry a load of laundry.

And also rent is billed seperately so you aren't stuck with the bill if the roommates out on you. Drawbacks are the management is unorganized as they are renovating the entire building, and also there is no single apartments you must live with at least 2 roommates.
