September 2, 2021The apartments are fine but when we first got the apartment we heard nothing about a parking decal and my car ended up being towed. Ridiculous. No communication.Review from Apartments.com
Economically Best Apartment
August 30, 2020The rent is very affordable, utilities are included in the rent, the wifi is great, it has a clubhouse, it's right beside the lake, has a pool, and a shuttle bus that runs to and from Clemson University every 30mins. The appliances may be more dated but they work better that the brand-new appliances at my families houses. There isn't as much space in the living areas and rooms. Overall it is a great place, you really do get more than what you pay for here.Review from Apartments.com
