Terrible management
September 2, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartments are fine but when we first got the apartment we heard nothing about a parking decal and my car ended up being towed. Ridiculous. No communication.

August 30, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comThe rent is very affordable, utilities are included in the rent, the wifi is great, it has a clubhouse, it's right beside the lake, has a pool, and a shuttle bus that runs to and from Clemson University every 30mins. The appliances may be more dated but they work better that the brand-new appliances at my families houses. There isn't as much space in the living areas and rooms. Overall it is a great place, you really do get more than what you pay for here.
