May 8, 2019I want to thank our property manager, Cassie, for going beyond the call of duty in customer service! I was expecting a very important (sentimental) package and was delivered while I was at work--despite me making prior arrangements for a later delivery time. Cassie sent me a text message letting me know that she signed for it; as opposed to, allowing the fairly large package to sit outside my door. What? AWESOME!! Well, unfortunately, I work 45 minutes away and was stuck in 270 traffic as the ...office was scheduled to close. I knew there were fragile items in the package and I began to worry about the package being in the office another day due to my work hours. So I called Cassie to let her know what was happening. Cassie, not only told me to take my time so I would not risk being in an accident, but she told me that she would stay as long as I needed and help me carry the package to my car! Sure enough, I was late, but Cassie was waiting and I was able to get my mother's day package without harm. I cannot thank you enough Cassie!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
