Don’t Move Here!!!!
June 5, 2023If you move here, the rent is based on the funds needed for the brand new apartment building that is being built next door. Getting in and out of the parking garage on the weekends is a nightmare. There are no dog breed restrictions. Crime is constant and they’re are no cameras. Security is a joke. It is not convenient. It’s just not worth paying high rent to be totally uncomfortable.Property Manager Responded

Going downhill
February 5, 2021I hear gunshots almost daily since moving in. Over the last several months I have seen high turnover with new tenants coming in that are noisy and letting their dogs do their business in the hallways. Nice property but its going downhill fast.Property Manager Responded
February 15, 2021Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you letting us know of your not so good experiences while living at Harvest. It only helps us improve. We know that the issue with residents not cleaning up after their pets has been an ongoing challenge for residents and staff at Harvest. We recently implemented a new PetScreening system that is helping us screen each pet and obtain all the data about the pet prior to the resident moving in. This is already helping with resident accountability and identification of pets. Unfortunately, there is crime in downtown Dallas and many other urban areas and also suburban areas of DFW. We're not sure about hearing gunshots daily and we work with the Dallas Police to do anything we can to help.

Great Experience
November 2, 2020I Love my Harvest Lofts, just wanted to say I Absolutely love my new apartment! I’ve been here for about 2 months and I love the location! My neighbors are awesome & I love the quietness. The pool area is so relaxing for hanging out when we have guest over! Axam is so sweet and, very attentive! Top luxury living at Farmers Market
August 14, 2020I would love to give Harvest Lofts more than 5 stars if I can, it is one of the best places to live in the Dallas Farmers Market. A lot of fun shopping and dining every weekend with my friends and family. Super nice fitness center and a very big dog park. Luxury living at the Dallas Farmers Market
August 6, 2020Harvest Lofts has been the best apartment complex I lived at in the Dallas area so far. Beautiful property, super Friendly staff and Fantastic location, close to Downtown and Deep Ellum and Uptown. I have been living here since February 2018 and so far I have nothing to say but really good things. The worst living experience of my life.
