Think twice
August 17, 2018This complex has: no on-site leasing office, no coffee, no monthly breakfast, extremely limited parking, no on-site maintenance staff, no only to handle or secure your Amazon packages. The Haskell Ave road noice is intolerable, the construction noice on the back end of the complex starts at 7 am. The walls are paper thin. You can ONLY imagine what you hear.Property Manager Responded
November 8, 2018We want to apologize for the problems you have experienced with us. Haskell Flats was going through a transition with a new management company. There was no office provided at the time of the change. We do have on-site maintenance staff and offer parcel pending package system here for your packages. We are located Downtown Dallas so construction around an up and coming neighborhood is a little hard to control. We would love to meet with you and talk about the situation and what we can do to manage such situations more effectively in the future. Please give us a call 469-917-8282 Thank you!
