When i checked out the apt. It looked Clean and great and the landlord Anthony was very attentive and quick with text replies AT FIRST. We were told it was remodeled so everything was brand new.
The halls were dirty half the time. Only 2 of the 6 laundry machines worked. Inside our apt. The front door was broken, the roof leaked when it rained, the sink began falling apart.
Every issue mentioned is fixable. However the real issue is the landlord. Every time we texted him about an issue, we ...
would have no reply for weeks. The laundry machines were broken for 2 months. The landlord was also a huge liar. He would make up stories to mask his incompetence (left the gas leak on in an empty apt.and then tried to blame it on the gas company) The final knife in the back was trying to charge our deposit for leaving a bed in the apt (which wasnt) and for not returning the keys to the apt. The landlord claims he texted one of the 3 roommates and told him the whole thing.

I just moved in a few weeks ago and the place is great. property is kept clean daily and the floor plans is really big. love it!!!

rents is way to high for this place...they have roaches, building smells, ect.
