April 30, 2022Current resident here issuing you a warning, do not waste your money! Rent is high, there is no security and transients that roam the property break into cars and the pool area. Residents are expected to call the police and handle issues. Dog poop everywhere from residents not curbing their dogs. Residents use the pool and throw parties after hours with no respect for neighbors. Laundry is frequently stolen out of the laundry room, if I could rate the maintenance staff separately I would, they ...are responsive and work hard to fix issues in a timely fashion!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
