Would never recommend
September 14, 2017This apartment complex is by far the worst I've ever lived at, and that is saying something as I came from Chicago. It is beautiful don't get me wrong, but looks aren't everything. The neighbors are either drug addicts or very nosey and will run to the office about any and everything they can. Maintenance takes months to fix things. They will fine you for anything they can with no proof that it was actuall you or people within your unit causing the issue. In the 2 years I've lived here, we've ...gone through 3 different property managers so nothing had been relayed and it causes issues. I have finally decided to pack and get the heck out of here. They've officially pushed my family past what we can tolerate!! Would never recommend this to place to anyone!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Hauenstein Hills
August 11, 2015The apartment complex is very quiet. It has beautiful scenery, with ponds in different parts of the complex. The apartment itself is very nice. We have 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and a balcony. The master bath has a huge walk-in closet attached. The master bedroom is a pretty decent size. The other 3 bedrooms are relatively small. They're the perfect size for my children, but probably not big enough for a full size bed.Review from Apartments.com
There's No Place Like Home!
August 9, 2015During the almost two years my family and I have lived at the Hauenstein Hills Apartments, we have felt so safe and secure! The community is always so friendly and the staff always greets you with a smile! I think though what has been the best is the willingness of the staff to always keep you updated on current activities within the community and the attentiveness you receive from the staff members! We truly feel like there is no place like home! Livin it up... Stairs
July 21, 2015The apartment itself is nice enough. Adequate space for a 3 BR 2 bath. Washer/dryer & dishwasher in unit. Living on the 2nd floor but still get a lot of noise from neighbors. Rules are not heavily enforced. Children run amuck regularly, parking is always an issue, & sped limits are continuously ignored. There is a small playground, fitness area, & computer space.; however, these are located in the newer buildings area & require a serious walk or short drive for those that live in my buildings. ...That being said it's affordable, it's clean, it's safe, & for me it's home.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
