The worst one in Washington state.
September 12, 2025The worst apartment we have ever lived. Overpriced and plus absolutely uncomfortable. The manager is very aggressive and impolite.... He needs urgent training to learn what service is.... It's very noisy, you will hear every step your neighbors do. Also every time you will try to find a parking spot as they are limited and you don't have your own spot. They tried to tow away the car twice as they did not notice the registration which was done when we moved. And no excuses, absolutely no ...understanding what customers need. I would avoid this apartment if I knew before we moved in. We will leave immediately after the lease ends.Property Manager Responded

Great Maintenance
September 29, 2023These guys respond within a day and always fix what's wrong. My garbage disposal was clogged and they came back twice to solve the problem. Big thanks to John and Lewis. The office staff is also top notch!Property Manager Responded
