5 Days w/o Refrigerator

My refrigerator has been out since Saturday 7/27, I informed my office on Monday. What I thought was an emergency was not checked into until Wednesday afternoon after I went back to the office to remind them again. I called today Thursday 7/30 for an update. I was told, the office manager would call me back “later” with total disregard.

I also asked what was the status of my grocery reimbursement in which I sent over my receipts on Monday also. Could you imagine how frustrated I ...
am? Throwing groceries away in THIS ECONOMY?! Spending funds on food everyday that I can’t refrigerate or eat left overs. And I’m being told I’ll get an update later!

You were recently out of town, and this appliance, unfortunately, failed. You contacted our leasing office Monday night around 11:00 PM. Once we were able to troubleshoot the issue, a replacement refrigerator was ordered. This new appliance was installed on Friday, and we maintained communication with you throughout the process to keep you informed of our action plan and expected timeline.
