April 25, 2024DO NOT rent here , they lose your money order's and hard to get in contact with the office!! Lady at office sucks she's not organized and lazy lost 3 months of our month orders tried to evict us but later found our check stubs under someone else's unit !!!! Neighbors steal your packages!!! Only thing that's good there is the maintenance guy he was always on time and fixed everything fast. Apartments are nice but once we moved out we found out the irresponsible lady got replaced as she should! If ...you rent here keep all receipts of payments cause they lose everything. And watch out for your packages you can't even trust anyone in your building.Property Manager Responded

Hopefully new management makes it better
October 9, 2023Adam is the best thing about this place. Best maintenance guy anyone could ask for. For the management changes it’s ridiculous they suck at answering, neighbors love blasting music at all hours after multiple warnings from property and residents. People smoke weed all the time regardless of some no smoking sign. If there were management on property it’d be different. Good luck renting here if you don’t have quiet neighbors.Property Manager Responded
