May 30, 2021From day one when my roommate and I moved in, we had constant issues with our unit. The power would randomly go out at all times of the day, the water would constantly run yellow and the pressure would give out, and we had to deal with a major infestation of ants that took maintenance almost two weeks to come and address. Their maintenance hotline is designed to give you the runaround, so you're unable to get direct answers about your ticket.
