My experience was problematic from the beginning. The manager exhibited a level of rudeness and unprofessionalism that was both surprising and unacceptable. Every interaction with the office staff was met with dismissive attitudes and a lack of genuine concern for tenant issues. Their conduct made dealing with them a highly frustrating experience. forgetting to add my apartment to the list). The persistent presence of these pests created a very uncomfortable and unhealthy living environment. To make matters worse, the charges upon moving out were excessively high. I was billed for painting and cleaning at rates that seemed far beyond what was reasonable, especially considering the condition of the apartment and the quality of the services provided. Overall, the real issue is the manager to be clear. She failed to deliver a satisfactory living experience in terms of both management and apartment conditions.
I strongly recommend prospective tenants consider other options to avoid the issues I encountered.
