June 10, 2025After receiving a new job offer for the area my wife and I started looking for a place to live. I can not express as well as my wife has but just have to say we have been overjoyed with The Haven. The area is exceptional and the staff has been more than helpful and accommodating. Miss Lorri Shaffer has helped since we first walked through the door and has answered every question we have had. Safety Hazard
December 14, 2021Please I beg you do not invest your time or money in renting from this company. There is very little done to maintain renters safety. In 6 months we have had an attempted break in, cars broken into, cars towed, things stolen off our front porch, and a full fledge break in involving theft of thousands of dollars where the robbers broke down the door, and we still are unable to break our lease. Management is very difficult to get a hold of in a crisis. If I could give 0 stars I would. Please for ...your own safety avoid at all costs.Property Manager Responded

Not safe
October 25, 2021Our cars get broken into at least once a month and we are moving out. We asked management to do something about it, but they don’t seem too worried about our safety.
