Not sure why all these negative reviews about roaches? Me and my family have lived here for 7 years our first apartment here was great never seen a single cockroach! We recently moved to a bigger apartment and it was remodeled and so nice!! Walk in closets are very big and spacious and the whole place was very clean. The community here is very friendly very quiet we love it here

This apartments are disgusting, theres roachs everywhere like litrally everywhere. You could be the cleanest person and youll have them in your apartment thats a fact. We dont have nothing litrally no living room no kitchen table NOTHING and our apartment is full of roachs i dont mean youll see one here and there NOOOO!!! there EVERYWHERE ... In the closet, in your bed, your tub, toilet, kitchen cabnets, refrigerator, your food, living room, walls, all over the floor. Its disgusting.... ...

Do Not Live Here!

This place is owned by Caliber Realty which was Golden West Management before. Read reviews online. Poor management and My kitchen flooded 6 times while I was there and it was always a pain getting someone to come and fix it. Management there is abysmal and never gets anything done. I had them tell me once, "You aren't the only resident here, I'm busy. I'll get to it when I get to it." That has his reply to my balance being incorrect because of their doing for months. DON'T LIVE HERE!
