I had a leak and mold issue, and management at Haven at Treeline handled it with care. They paused work until everything was safe, approved plank flooring in my closet (which looks amazing), and had the apartment cleaned beautifully. Big thanks to Jaclyn, Reuben, the installers, and Jesse for being professional and responsive—I’m very happy with the outcome, and I truly love living here.

so far so good .. i've only been here for a week. Maintenance was fast when i needed them. Sometimes I hear my neighbors (thin walls), but not always .. Haven't tried any of the amenities yet because most of the time i'm out of the unit working but i will do soon

Great location! Love the amenities but I have a kiddo with special needs and parking hasn’t been the best for us. We require space. Neighbors are nice. I did have a lot of issues in the apartment on my first day in. It was a long weekend so I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. I finally called and the manager got her team out that moment. Honestly, I haven’t lived in apartments in 18 years. So this is a learning curve from trash to keys to the gate.

It’s peaceful, very clean & the office staff is very friendly. I’ve only been there about a week but it already feels like home. The maintenance handled my work order in a timely manner, I received notification when they received my work order & once it was complete.

A very quiet place, not noise and clean. It is located near high school where my son is studing. I like it. Many stores are very close. There isn't much traffic in the neighborhood.

They do not keep the place well maintained. Not very clean. The building is new, sure but they need to have people clean the bathrooms and they do not.
