They paused work until everything was safe, approved plank flooring in my closet (which looks amazing), and had the apartment cleaned beautifully. I did have a lot of issues in the apartment on my first day in. It was a long weekend so I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. I finally called and the manager got her team out that moment.
