Hard work and dedication maintenance team around the clock any problem they fix clean apartments rent cost low, but the inside of the apartments are big and beautiful etc it’s so many reasons why I love it here guess u will have to come find out yourself

I went for a tour and was greeted with a warm and profesional welcome by the staff. The apartment I saw was very nice with slight upgrades. The community was very clean and seemed quiet which I liked. I toured with Carmen. She was great. I will definitely refer this community on and I plan on submitting my application ASAP!

Don’t waste your time. No elevator that work. Can access pool always flooded. The new people in office are horrible. The want you to pay extra for washer and dry that they are not providing. Roach and rat invested. People move in and move out the same year

Worst place to live with kids

Management is all men , they walk into your apt unauthorized, they units are old and everything is falling apart . They now have upped the rent for nothing . They show that units have washer and dryers and dishwasher but they took them out . DO NOT RENT HERE

You can hear everything your neighbors do, loud music all night, roaches, old appliances, no linen closets, needs bigger closets, outdated bathrooms, painted bath tubs...... ughhh the list can go on... Horrible place stay away ! ohhh and the elevator DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't even move in... i was shown the model apt. which was very nice I put $300.00 towards my deposit when i asked to see the actual unit i would be living it was horrible. When i asked for my money back they refused so please at least check out your unit before putting anything.. they will most likely tell you its not ready to be view but in order to hold it you will have to put money down... Just be very careful and read before signing anything.
