For the price of the apartment and utilities, hawks pointe 3 is definitely not worth it. Within a week of moving in our toilet broke, dishwasher flooded and not long after our sink broke. The AC is broken so we pay almost 200 for electricity and still live in an 82 degree apartment. The internet is absolutely terrible and barely reaches my bedroom. Do not recommend living here.

10/10 do not recommend living at the Hawks Pointe 3 location. For the price of rent you get bugs, windows that don't open, A/c that breaks often, and heating that fails to work in the winter. Want to open your blinds? think again, you get zero natural sunlight in if since any one and everyone can peep through your windows. Nothing is thoroughly cleaned to meet health violations...i mean come on... old residents hair in your bath tub at the time of move in? Old retainers in the living room? The ...
location is ideal, but there are so many other options right by campus that may better meet your expectations. PS no security measures truly taken...packages get stolen that are left at your door.

This place looks nothing like the pictures. The management puts on a fake smile that they care about the residents, but they do not. This place only cares about overcharging for mediocre at best living conditions. This place insists that they are number one, but they are only number one in creating substandard conditions for its residents. The only benefit of living there is that it is close to the KU Campus, which can be a negative for living in a noisy environment. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
