    This property is very poorly managed. They are extremely difficult to get in touch with, and unhelpful when you are actually able to communicate with them. Since I have moved out, they have acted unethically in regards to my deposit. I reached out several times inquiring about the status, and if I owed a balance, with no response. The property itself is outdated and poorly maintained. The only good thing about it is the location to nearby shopping and restaurants, which they use to justify ...

    This was the first time I lived in an apartment, and my first time living on my own. It was an amazing experience. I only had one maintenance request during my 12-month lease, and never had any bug issues. The location is amazing - being so close to the trails and Town Center. The rent was reasonable. At times I heard the people above me walking around, but I'm pretty sure that happens anywhere you go. I wish I was still living here - I've already put in 5 maintenance requests in the 2.5 months ...

  • For the Location and Price- It's Worth it!

    My significant other and I have been living here for 4 months now and we love it. It's quiet, really close to a lot of good stuff- like walking distance to a shopping center and a lovely walking trail! It's also in a very nice neighborhood. We feel safe. We have had to make a couple calls to maintenance, but for nothing major. They came over right away and fixed things. The shower water stays hot forever, and I love that they have laundry hookups in the apartments along with public laundry ...

  • No Cleaning

    The apartments are old and they need to remodel kitchen or replace the cabinets. Most of faucets are leaking. They clean the hallways and public areas sometimes every two months and when you request them to clean the hallways, they just ignore your request. The price is not a good value for services received.

    The complex itself is in decent shape (specifically the tennis court and pool). The layout of the buildings are set up pretty well, so rarely you will hear your neighbors on your floor, unless they are loud (above you is a different story). Most buildings have most of their paint, but a lot of the gutters are clogged so rain just overflows in front of the doors. Some of the parking garages have large holes from breakdown. Appliances are decent. Maintenance IS timely, but usually poor quality. The ...
    WORST part about this place is their front office and hospitality. For instance, I went into the club house to check my account balance (had paid some rent in advance and I wanted to check my account balance) and they assured me I was paid through October, shortly after I get a letter stating I never turned in my October rent and must pay a $50 late fee. Talked to the property manager and she couldn't be bothered with my issues. No refunds or chance of having it waived. Also, living on the first floor (unsure about the second floor) in the summer you will more than likely have horrid gnat problems even if you are meticulously clean. Again, the front office had no solutions or time to discuss these problems. I've lived here for nine months and I cannot wait to reach the light at the end of my lease! So sad because it was my first renting experience. I got one noise complaint the whole time I've lived here which was for speaking too loudly with some friends while it was late.

    I live in a two bedroom and two bathroom apartment. I have one roommate and two dogs. The apartment complex is very nice. The buildings are in good shape and the clubhouse and facilities are well run. There are multiple pools in the complex along with a basketball and tennis court. The area around the complex is very nice. It is right across the streets from town center and is right down the street from the Sprint campus. The bedrooms and bathroom are good sized and the closets are also very ...
