January 6, 2026Hawthornes has been a great home for me and my family of three. We feel safe, secluded and our neighbors are quiet and respectful as well. It feels like a lot of smaller, working families that live here - everyone just tending to their own lives. The amenities are great - fitness room, entertaining clubhouse, cute park, the garden (my fave) and plenty of space for dogs. We enjoy the pool, it's well kept, but there could be more monitoring with food and extra guests that come during the summer. ...The staff is kind but notifications and email alerts about our community run late and deadlines are missed due to lack of communication. Overall, Hawthorne has been great to us and we do recommend living here - we miss Jett and Vicki!Property Manager Responded

The Staff are Excellent
November 19, 2025I wish I could have stayed here longer but work is pulling me to a new area. The townhouse we stayed in was excellent and you really can't beat how beautiful the property is. The real star of the show is the staff - they were always so kind and helpful. They were quick to help me with whatever I needed. I'll miss living here. November 10, 2025These apartments are incredibly spacious, the 2 and 3 bedroom layouts are great, One of the biggest perks is the full washer and dryer in-unit, along with other great appliances that make daily life super convenient. The community is pet friendly, which was a huge plus for me, and the staff are always warm, welcoming, and quick to help with any issues. The amenities are well kept and thoughtfully maintained, from the fitness center to the community lounge(also has a pool table, amazing right?!) ...And the pool? Absolutely amazing! perfect for relaxing on a sunny day. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live with plenty of space and great features, I highly recommend checking out the Hawthorne Townhomes!Property Manager Responded

September 8, 2025The Hawthorne Townhomes are great. The location is fantastic for interstate and downtown travel. And the units are clean and bright and modern. The staff has been so great to work with! Most of my planning had to happen from 300 miles away so I relied a lot on email and phone calls with the staff. They went above and beyond to help me determine whether this was the place for me. Cami, Josh, and Skyler all made me feel welcome. Any question or concern I had during the application and move-in ...process was addressed with professionalism, respect, and kindness. The gated community helps me feel safe. The two-car garages are a rare treat in this area of South Salt Lake. I am so excited to be settled into my new home. I highly recommend this property for folks looking for clean, quiet, safe living. The amenities here are top notch: Pool, Gym, Valet trash collection, Wi-Fi, Cable, in-unit washer and dryer.. even a delicious little crepe restaurant in the front lobby. I've been able to greet several of the other residents and most folks seem happy and friendly.Property Manager Responded
