You’ll survive

Pros: close to WinCo, price 1,100 for 1br, location to work (for me), plenty of parking. Cons: thin walls, no dishwasher/disposal, onsite laundry is pricey. You could do better than here, but you could also do worse. All together pretty low to midteir, it is what it is.

This is a excellent property, quiet, friendly neighbors, convenient location for grocery stores and restaurants. I would highly recommend renting from them. This property is kept cleaned, maintenance and management is always there if you need them. I couldn't of asked for a better place then this, I only wish I moved here sooner.
