Management was the pits
July 9, 2020Dog poop in common areas, very common. The tenant pool patrol person was very discriminatory. I complained several times and the staff did nothing. Everything else in terms of amenities was great. Rent hike over $100/mth caused me to leave like several other tenants. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. Love love love this place!
September 19, 2017We've lived here for two years, and this is honestly the first apartment I've truly loved. The management team is incredible, and they seriously do make you feel welcomed by going out of their way to add special touches. From moving in, to our birthdays, to simply stopping by to get mail (which I did ALL the time, and they were so friendly and organized), it's personalized and you can tell that they do care about their tenants. I also really appreciated the planned maintenance we received for ...upkeep. Upon adopting a large dog that is insanely hyper, we've decided that a house would be a better option for him to run and play as much as he can, but that's the only reason we are leaving. October 11, 2015Being a single parent has its ups and downs when it comes to finances but my apartments are fabulous to live in. It's a quiet place away from work, and I love the staff. A lot of times we encounter things and people that make life less pleasant so it feels good to know you can come home and feel comfortable.Review from Apartments.com

August 11, 2015I have lived in this complex from 2013-2015. Overall I enjoyed my time here and I am moving due to an $174 increase to renew. The maintenance staff is excellent and are usually able to complete the work order within that same day. The landscape is kept well maintained but a lot of residents do not like to clean up behind their pooch. The leasing agents are helpful overall but at times I have to follow up with them regarding emails I've sent that aren't answered. The layout to my apt is nice. They ...had had some recent issues with car and garage break ins, someone busted the window/door to the laundry area in an attempt to steal a TV, the computers were previously stolen by someone who broke in late, and we received a letter that there was an attempted robbery during the day. The gym is ok-one of the treadmill is usually not working and it's a small area, stationary bikes were removed but jacobs ladder was a nice addition. They try to have social events often,I honestly haven't attend one and can't comment on the pool I haven't been there either. The parking at the front is congested and if you're not careful coming around the corner you may hit a car that had to park on the side of the road,you also have to watch for the cars coming in the other direction b/c you are blinded by the parked cars and curve when driving through. The sprinklers did got off outside my apt and some water some into my apt-no damage inside but some of my things were damaged in the attached storage.. I wasn't advised when the placed a large drying system in my apt that had to stay on overnight and also another one that placed in my storage unit without notifying me(it was there for 3 days using my electricity) only to discover these things when I returned home from work after 6.
