Steer Clear
March 26, 2024Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this dump. Original management company was great and was well maintained. The day they took “luxury apartments” off the sign it showed. Regular evictions, trash every where, dog poop fills the grass, drug use at every building, domestic violence is a regular occurrence, you’ll see fire trucks and police daily, amenities are awful and not maintained, takes months to fix, parking is a joke.Property Manager Responded

Poor Management
September 21, 2022Since new ownership (Morgan Properties) there have been a variety of issues between slow maintenance response, technical problems with package concierge, the new trash valet company they hired is not as good as the previous company, guests now have to pay to park, etc. I could go on. I do love my apartment itself; the space is great, no major issues with neighbors. But the small issues have piled up to a cumulative effect where, if I could get the same “luxury” elsewhere then I would. The cost of ...moving at this time does not yet outweigh the issues I have with Haywood/Morgan so, begrudgingly, I will be sticking around a bit longer but I hope for a better situation in the future.Property Manager Responded
