If I could leave 0 stars, I would! This apartment has the WORST MANAGEMENT TEAM, they’re complete FRAUDSTERS! They sell you an idea of a luxury living with their amenities and aesthetics but the management is HORRIBLE and they also make you pay to use these amenities. I feel absolutely violated!

currently a resident at the Hazel so I’m speaking from experience . My car was parked on the third floor got stolen in Broad daylight from inside the garage and the lack of empathy and non-chalancy the management team has shown me is mind blowing! Every one seems to be undermining my situation and they don’t care about your well-being.
I asked to be let out of my lease because I no longer feel safe staying at this apartment. I have always paid my rent on time, never defaulted and they declined, saying that’s not an OPTION, I repeat; they don’t care about your well-being. You don’t want to live in an apartment that doesn’t care about you. They have done absolutely nothing to help me or my case since this incident occurred, they’re WITHHOLDING evidence that could help with my investigation, reasons best known to them.
