I lived here for years and it was the worst place I have ever lived. ROACHES EVERYWHERE. No matter what I did roaches always came back, pest control would literally come every month or two to spray chemicals INSIDE the apartment and even that didn’t stop it. Roaches would climb out from behind the microwave, through the vents and OUT OF THE FAUCET IN THE TUB. aside from that, the management was terrible. There was also consistent mold around the windows and in the walls. One of my neighbors moved ...

out because his toddler’s closet was filled with black mold. At one point my garage door was stuck open and the maintenance person came and jumped on it until it fell down on top of my car, then they tried to claim that they weren’t liable for the damage. Shady company, terrible apartment with mold and roaches. Stay away from 4565 Hazeltine at all costs.
