Hazeltine Royal Villas Apartments

The first comment claimed the elevator was huge, it is not. Mailboxes are old (1986 boxes) I decided to pass on this complex....too many negatives about this place!

for viewing instead of the alley way I use to try to avoid looking at in the last apartment. The one bedroom apartments are on the street side so the sound of the traffic could keep you awake, good thing I am already sleeping before my head hits the bed. There is a elevator which was huge when it came to moving in. The stairway does sort of have a strange smell but not overwhelming. The entry way/mail box area is very clean and the trash mail doesn't just sit around for days on end. The apartment came with a new stove, dishwasher and microwave. The bedroom has a large closet and the ceilings in the apartment are high. The manager, Tim was helpful and made the move as painless as it could be. He spent way more time they he needed to making sure all questions we had were answered.
