I would not recommend living here. I’m currently living in a first floor apartment and the noise coming from the apartment above me is so loud I can’t even stand it. While I expect some noise from living on a lower floor, this is not normal. It’s literally nonstop, all day, sounds like they purposely stomp in heavy shoes, lots of jumping, you can hear the creaking of the wood and there are times it sounds as though they are going to come through the ceiling. fact I think they’ve gotten louder. While the office seems to care outwardly, it’s not helping whatsoever, I think it’s just angered my neighbors that I’ve reported them so I’m getting retribution as they know nothing will come of my complaints.
The sauna doesn’t work, the recycle area frequently overflows (due to tenants not breaking down boxes)
There is literally no where guests can park. Just waiting for the day my lease is up so I can run far from this place.
