June 11, 2025Overall, Heather Ridge is a great place to live. The grounds are absolutely beautiful! Maintenance is always “Johnny on the spot.” It is very quiet here, which we love! We don’t smell weed or even hear our neighbors. Our unit is nice and to our taste and the rent amount is not bad considering. The only con is the concierge trash. It should not be mandatory. We can walk our own trash to the can, but i will say, trash doesn’t pile up here. Again, overall nice place to live.Property Manager Responded

Heather Ridge is the place to live
June 5, 2025I’ve lived here for about 3 years now. The property is consistently renovated and adding awesome amenities that honestly makes this complex one to beat for renters- and for one of the most reasonably prices in this economy lol. A really fun and interactive dog park, outdoor grills/patios, fitness center, heated pool, fire pit— not sure if anything could be missing lol. Maintenance is very quick to respond and fix any issues and the area is super convenient as well, surrounded by shopping centers ...and a short distance from 2 major highways. I’m honestly looking to transfer to one of the recently updated units as those are even better than before! The assigned parking is set up kind of weird and I do wish that it was updated — my port is a pretty far distances from my actual unit. Also, the lower units are more prone to [small] insects, but the property is also surrounded by wooded areas so it makes sense. Nothing that can’t be managed with proper pest control, and again they are tiny and few in between. It is pretty quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. Overall, this community is fantastic if you’re looking to rent. I’ve looked into other properties, but this one ticks all of my boxes.Property Manager Responded
