August 27, 2025I've lived here for almost five years. The apartments are perfectly positioned for shopping, leisure, and dining. It's a sad fact, but as charming as Heatherbrae is, down the road, these units are going to require serious renovations to restore their inherent charm.Property Manager Responded

August 25, 2025I’ve overall enjoyed living here and like my apartment. The management company seems to do their best to maintain the property and keep things nice. The amenities, like the pool and fitness center, are a big plus and well-kept. That said, there are some drawbacks. The police are called here fairly often, and there are sometimes loud fights or yelling in the parking lot. It would help if management were a bit more selective with tenants. Also, while the pool is great, it often gets overcrowded in ...hot weather with people I rarely see around the complex, so I’m not sure they all live here. Overall, it’s been a good experience living here, but there are definitely areas that could be improved.Property Manager Responded

July 17, 2025Great community. I've lived here 11 years. Staff as much as it changes, the people haven't. Staff has always been very understanding and friendly. Always on top of things. I love it here because everything I need is very close. Shopping, transit, work it's near or able to get to no problem. Lot of my family and friends have lived here or live here. June 6, 2025Application process and move in was so easy! Leasing team was friendly and helpful when we had questions. When we called after hours, we were still able to get some basic support from the offsite customer service line. Appreciate having everything about the property in an app/ online. Even maintenance requests and paying rent. I dont have to do a bunch of back n forth via email and there arent any weird pay-by-check rules. Property is clean and maintenance has been quick ro help when we ...noticed some simple things needed fixed.Property Manager Responded

March 25, 2025Overall my experience here is good as long as I don't include the first month living here. A relative stopped by to see our new apartment on his way home to Tillamook. He finished up a job and on his way home stopped to say hello and see our apartment. During his visit my husband and my relative went down to the store, my husband drove. Upon their return after about 20-25 minutes they noticed that my relatives vehicle was no longer parked where he parked it. It had been stolen. In his vehicle ...were all his work tools and equipment. That's when I realized the complex has zero security cameras.
