We are on the ground floor and have a backdoor leading to a small covered porch and storage, which is a decent size for the space. The community is centrally located to a lot of restaurants, stores, and freeway access, but the complex itself is pretty quiet. The apartments are clean and maintenance is always on top of the (minor) issues that come up. Literally the only real down side is they don't have A/C and that can cause some challenges in these summer, but for the most part I've really enjoyed living here 3 years, making friends with my neighbors, and the easy ...access to places to run errands.Read More
