February 19, 2026Amenities are nice. Building stays clean for the most part. Office staff is friendly and responsive. The noise level has been steadily increasing and difficulties with Guest parking and occupancy increases. Package room gets a little hairy.Property Manager Responded

November 19, 2025So far I love my apartment. The interior finishes perfectly matches with my decor. I feel safe here. There is not much noise. The only thing I would say as a con is the train frequency. My apartment is directly across from it & it comes by often. August 24, 2025Location is great, staff are kind but they need to step up professionally. too many things haven't been properly set up, people are already moving out after 2 months. bug situation is kind of bad with ants. they call it a luxury experience but they are understaffed and don't have 24 hour concierge. unless you really want to be close to downtown and they have a good deal for rent, id pick a different complex.Property Manager Responded

July 31, 2025The community is beautiful. It has been difficult navigating throughout the community with my dog with the broken elevator as the quickest option is taking stairs from the 4th floor. It would also be helpful to add site maps throughout the property as there is none that I have seen. There is also no dog waste trash cans other than at the dog park that I have seen so adding those would be helpful.Property Manager Responded

The 2 elevators that have been turned to management have been functioning properly, the other 2 elevators in garage are not turned on until construction has them turned to management which should be soon. We do have additional dog stations with bags and trash bins on the way to make pet care more convenient. For your reference, community maps are located near each elevator.
