April 10, 2025I really enjoy living at this apartment complex. The management team has always made me feel heard and respected whenever I’ve had concerns—they’re professional, kind, and responsive. The maintenance crew is also fantastic: always prompt, friendly, and efficient. The location is a huge plus—just 15 minutes from Fort Cavazos, a 1-minute walk to Field House Gym, and only a minute’s drive to H-E-B. It’s also incredibly easy to access the freeway, which makes commuting or getting around town super ...convenient. Cheap Apartment Get What You Pay For
April 30, 2023New management so it may get better. Kinda in a weird location nothing really around it except another apartment complex. There is an HEB down the street. Dog friendly means dog poop everywhere. Washers and dryers sometimes don't work. Maintenance is slow. They charge almost $30 a month to pay rent by credit card.Property Manager Responded
