Applicant has the right to provide the property manager or owner with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the property manager or owner with a PTSR, the property manager or owner is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the property manager or owner to access or use the PTSR.

May 12, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comConstant ear piercing fire alarms over my 4 years here with spineless legal speak or no contact regarding including many in the middle of the night or early morning. Management has changed like 3 times and it's clear that it's just a race to the bottom. The leasing staff clearly only care about protecting the company and are extremely unhelpful at the best of times and completely unresponsive at the worst. Not only that, the portal/payments have changed multiple times as well and then the ...residents end up holding the bag when rent doesn't auto pay or when the portal is down and we can't access anything. The support is also awful. On grounds maintenance is the one saving grace, but the outsourced hotline is hostile and doesn't serve any purpose that a direct line to maintenance would not. There is also easy access to a lot of running trails without having to drive somewhere and has nearby grocery stores. My only issues came after I moved in and the speed of getting repairs done in a timely manner. In addition to being promised a $500 move in bonus gift card that I still haven’t received.
