Bad housing
November 2, 2021A lot of sewer clogging problem; Returns tailings from other apartments into the bathroom. Incompetent condominium administration.Property Manager Responded

Stay away from here!
August 25, 2017The whole manage team is totally MONEY minded. Before signing the lease, read every details; otherwise, you will regret. Or just do NOT leave here! It is not smoke free. There are always smoke in the room from neighbors and hallways. I live here for 2 years. They raised the house rent every year and the resulted rent was even higher than the price listed online at that time. The A/C is a noise maker. It is really loud when you turn on heat or cool air-conditioner. The only good part of the ...building is that it is easy to find a parking spot. That is the only thing I can think about.Property Manager Responded

February 9, 2017(1)SMOKE: Awful apt. Smoke is everywhere, even inside the apt. If you are a nonsmoker, STAY AWAY from this apt. (2)RENT: The manager is MONEY minded. All are about money for them. The rent price increased a lot after 1 year live. And then increased a lot after another year. Only the first year is cheap, which is used to treat you in. Then they increase the price, because moving also costs. The manager is very bad. (3)SERVICE: The first half year after you move here, the maintenance service ...responded very quick. Do not rent from here!
March 24, 2016I have been living in this place for 5 years and every year they raise my rent and offer less for services. The washer and dryer in my building are forever broken and they ignore requests to fix or replace it. The parking lots are never plowed properly during snowy weather and the office staff is friendly but unhelpful (unless you want to rent). Stay away. There are plenty of far better places in the immediate area I would give them negative stars if I couldReview from Apartments.com
