April 8, 2026Staff could be more attentive to emails when certain things need to be followed up on. Work orders are often written off and not completed. I put in a work order for my toilet paper holder to be fixed because the tp kept falling off and it wasn’t fixed and a mess was left over on my bathroom floor. March 1, 2026Beautiful new community, service and commutation are stellar. Most importantly to me is uninterrupted sleep!!! Pet friendly community and so far residents have done a good job being responsible pet owners. Buildings are safe and secure, door remained locked 24/7 to non residents with only exception being leasing office during leasing hours. Staff does an excellent job with monthly community events.
