Apartments are great. Community shout put up cameras in common areas so we don’t keep getting while group emails when someone violates rules ie. Stays in pool late, just sets trash outside compactor, takes all of the tea.

The staff is very responsive! I also love how the community is kept so clean.
The only thing I don’t love is that only one green key is provided. I live alone so this makes things difficult if I ever need help since the call box works 5/10 times.

The apartment is amazing! My dog loves it, he has so much room to run and play around and has perfect places to go on walks. I love being able to walk down in the mornings and grab some coffee and then by lunch I can be In the pool

Staff could be more attentive to emails when certain things need to be followed up on. Work orders are often written off and not completed. I put in a work order for my toilet paper holder to be fixed because the tp kept falling off and it wasn’t fixed and a mess was left over on my bathroom floor. My screen door to patio/ balcony does not open. Told a leasing agent about this and still not completed.
