April 8, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comStaff could be more attentive to emails when certain things need to be followed up on. Work orders are often written off and not completed. I put in a work order for my toilet paper holder to be fixed because the tp kept falling off and it wasn’t fixed and a mess was left over on my bathroom floor. My screen door to patio/ balcony does not open. Told a leasing agent about this and still not completed.
