Avoid This Property: Terrible Maintenance Experience

Horrible and Very disappointing move-in and maintenance experience.
Several repair issues were identified before lease signing and move-in, and we were told they would be completed or promptly addressed. Based on those assurances, the lease was signed and move-in proceeded. Unfortunately, after move-in, many of the same issues were still not completed.
Even after move-in, the same pattern continued. Multiple maintenance concerns have been reported and followed up on, but the issues remain ...
unresolved or only partially addressed. Weeks and months later, there are still concerns involving basic functionality, safety, security, appliances, and access. These include issues with the dryer vent/laundry use, windows that do not properly open, lock/security concerns, garage lighting/access, a missing garage remote, cooling concerns, and now a freezer issue that has caused food loss.
Multiple emails and follow-ups have been sent requesting a clear repair timeline, but the response has been inadequate and the issues remain unresolved. We have been told items were completed when they were not, and also that there is limited maintenance staffing, but that does not fix the problems.
At this point, we are now having to spend additional time pursuing help from the City of Fort Worth/code inspectors to try to force basic repairs that should have been handled before or shortly after move-in.
In my experience, management has relied more on standard marketing-type phrases, such as resident satisfaction being a priority and claims about having a great maintenance team, rather than actually resolving the private, specific repair concerns being raised. Words are appreciated, but they do not fix windows, appliances, security issues, or safety concerns.
This has been extremely stressful and disappointing, especially because many of these issues were raised before move-in. A resident should not have to repeatedly chase management for repairs that were identified before the lease was signed.
I would strongly caution anyone considering this property to get all promised repairs completed and personally verified before signing or moving in and to demand change of lead to put maximum days for repairs. I am happy to provide more details about this experience to anyone considering this property. I will update this and other reviews as soon as there are any repairs done. Hope this will help other families that to fall in the same trap and have to endure stress, unsafe environment
