May 21, 2022Zero stars!! Since day one, in December, there has been nothing but continuous issues here! I’ve never lived at a complex that just does not care like them. I’d like to blame old management but this new management is a joke as well. I ordered new furniture for my apartment & as I was moving things around in my bedroom closet.. BLACK MOLD. Everywhere. Found on a Saturday around lunch & immediately brought it to their attention. Basically was told that nothing would be done until MAYBE Monday. As I ...know this is a health hazard & have dealt with this at a previous apartment, who handled it appropriately, I asked if they would put me and my dog in a hotel or reimburse me.. they stated nope. This place is a joke. I’ve had work orders in to repair my pantry door that has not been on since December multiple times.. my catalytic converter was stolen off my car the first night here. A WHOLE mess!! I can only hope the least they’ll do is let me out of my lease & receive my deposit back at this point. March 8, 2022The pics are the townhouse model. Leasing agents were pleasant. They called me the day before move in asking if I could move in 2 days after my initial move in date because the apt wasn't ready (they had inclement weather). I'm coming from out of state so it wasn't possible so they offered for us to stay in the model townhouse and gave me a concession. We moved into my apt during the day; its was nice spacious. However, that night we noticed the ROACH INFESTATION!!! Dead ROACHES above the ...cabinets, behind the fridge along with a family of ROACHES running away, and a few ROACHES in the door frame in kitchen and bathroom. Stayed in hotel and moved out next afternoon. Baby roaches were found in some of my things. They offered an apt in a different building. Nope! September 29, 2020I wanted to wait a month prior to leaving a review, in order to give my full experience. Unfortunately I had to make a last minute moving decision during this Covid-19 epidemic. I was unable to view my unit in person, but my leasing agent Ashley was more than accommodating! She gave me a video tour of multiple units and showed an immense amount of patient through my indecisiveness. Ashley excels in communication and hospitality, I was happy to have her as my leasing agent! Everyone I’ve ...encountered is very friendly and considerate. December 9, 2019I have been living here for 5 years. I have been through 2 managements companies. The 1st staff is what made me move in, they were polite and forthright. The 2nd staff (company) was total opposite. Request took weeks to acknowledge/fulfill and maintenance was half done. When I called the office I would only receive untruths and excuses. The staff was dishonest and often rude. The last time I recommended this complex - I never received the cash incentive that was promised. When questioned, I ...received multiple excuses and blame of others. My reason for staying is not the staff because all I have received is rent increases and lesser services. New management - CAF is not good
September 5, 2019The new management is keeping common areas (outside of the lobby) dirty with a lack of regard to the tenants who pay for services. Our trash is now mandated at certain times and not always picked up until midnight leaving a stench in the neighborhood - nasty letters from unorganized management with threats - and I never even received a bill for my water or allocation of any usage? It seems to be underhanded and is making an uncomfortable dwelling. I will NOT be re-renting with Merry or Nicole ...with the new CAF management and would highly recommend any of Lincoln properites - who formerly managed and they were PERFECT!Property Manager Responded

Management changes...again
August 23, 2019We have been here through three different management companies now. The first was wholly incompetent, and at every level. The second management company, were the complete opposite and managed the property effectively and with excellent customer service. For whatever reason the owners have changed management companies again. The current management company is CAF took over August 5th. The new manager, Merry, lacks the ability to think critically, problem solve, and has no customer service ...skills particularly when presented with a challenge. Merry presents an attitude that residents are not in fact her customers, and she is not interested in working with residents or even explaining the decisions that are being made by her and her management company. Services that are tacked onto our rent (trash pickup) are no longer being fulfilled or the rules have changed to make the service unusable. For example, we all now have trash cans sitting outside of our front doors which we are allowed to place only one bag of trash. Additionally, the bag size is also restricted. If we place additional bags (or the wrong size) of trash in this bin, then we were told by email that our trash and our pictures will be taken. What happens to, or where these photographed will be posted was not made clear by Merry. Parking spaces are coned off without explanation, threatening emails are now a weekly occurrence, there is no longer a courtesy office or they are no longer responding to calls of drunken people fighting in the parking lot, and we have rancid trash outside our front doors all weekend. They do give bottles of wine to new tenants...I guess that's where our trash pickup fees are going now. The first management change that occurred was necessary. However, there was not an apparent necessity for another management change...particularly only to go backwards.Property Manager Responded
