horrible management, property damage, roaches and trash!
October 10, 2025live here if you like roaches in your apartment, trash everywhere and damaged property from water leaking from the apartment above you. i’ve had problems moving out as they are charging me over $300 for “carpet replacement” even though when I called they couldn’t provide me with a single reason as to why is needed to be replaced! they also told me it hadn’t even been cleaned before deeming it needed to be replaced. Jessica is the worst person ever, she doesn’t care about residents AT ALL and ...will leave you with a fallen ceiling for 2 weeks! 0% recommendProperty Manager Responded

August 15, 2025I love everything about this place thus far. It’s in a great location, the landscaping is immaculate, and very quiet. I was surprised, that the property actually look like the online photos. This was my 3rd stop this week, in search of a new place. Looking for a new home
November 9, 2024Rachel was so nice and I was very impressed with the property. The pool area by itself is beautiful and inside the leasing office. Rachel showed me 1 bedroom but fell in love with the 2 bedroom. I thought the apartments would be very expensive and to my surprise thay weren't. All of the reviews are lying
November 4, 2021The property itself is decent. Needs more lighting outside, so I would suggest walking your dog early or it will be pitch black. Maintenance are quicks to fix issues. Office staff are rude and no help. They will tell you one thing and do the opposite. They blame their mistakes on you and continue to raise their rates, while not improving their apartments. The gate is always broken but they will make you get a gate key. If you care about your sanity DO NOT STAY HERE.Review from Apartments.com

The quality of living is very nice but the customer service from the front office and maintenance team is unlike any that you will find at other complexes.
