horrible management, property damage, roaches and trash!
October 10, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comlive here if you like roaches in your apartment, trash everywhere and damaged property from water leaking from the apartment above you. i’ve had problems moving out as they are charging me over $300 for “carpet replacement” even though when I called they couldn’t provide me with a single reason as to why is needed to be replaced! they also told me it hadn’t even been cleaned before deeming it needed to be replaced. Looking for a new home
November 9, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comRachel was so nice and I was very impressed with the property. The pool area by itself is beautiful and inside the leasing office. Rachel showed me 1 bedroom but fell in love with the 2 bedroom. I thought the apartments would be very expensive and to my surprise thay weren't. November 4, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThe property itself is decent. Needs more lighting outside, so I would suggest walking your dog early or it will be pitch black. Maintenance are quicks to fix issues. Office staff are rude and no help. They will tell you one thing and do the opposite. They blame their mistakes on you and continue to raise their rates, while not improving their apartments. The gate is always broken but they will make you get a gate key. If you care about your sanity DO NOT STAY HERE.

The quality of living is very nice but the customer service from the front office and maintenance team is unlike any that you will find at other complexes. They go above and beyond to make you feel like you are living in a home and not just an apartment. They treat you as if you are family. Great job!!
