Cigarette Smoke and uncontrollable Air Conditioner
August 29, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comFour Apartments all share a common wall that meets at the laundry room. If your neighbor smokes, you get to share. Our apartment temperature is uncontrollable in the summer. With the thermostat set at 74 our apartment will be 74 at 6 am but by 1 pm the thermostat will read 78 but the real temp will be 68. The ac will not shut off until the outside temp comes down. By 9 pm the inside temp will be 65.

July 29, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI called the lady running the office apparently. She was super rude and did not care that I was asking about the apartments being available. Then rudely offered to show me an apartment that's all ready been rented out? What's the point if there's no availability?
