Older community, but beautiful and well-maintained I lived at helix for two years. I definitely enjoyed my stay and I would recommend. It’s got a great location right near the loop. The grounds are really well taken care of and maintenance is responsive. Isabel is a solid manager and communicates pretty well.

Great management and apartment Helix at Med Center management was truly great. I explained my situation to them, and they were very understanding and took the time to listen. They made me feel heard and respected, which meant a lot to me. They were also very accommodating with my request and did their best to help me in a way that made the process smooth and stress-free.

Roaches, mold, no hot water Between all three we did not know which made us leave faster….. Brain in maintenance would scream at us on the phone every time we complained about these three issues and tell us that there are no problems and we have hot water. Do not live here. Run far away

If you have an option and care for your safety, I am humbly requesting you to avoid staying at this place. I have been a part of this community since it was Lincoln, but one it became Helix, things have only went downwards. I totally agree to the fact that they required some time for the transition to happen, but as of now, the state is still the same and sinking downwards. Lot of burglaries in the community recently as well.
